Welcome to The Tuscany Villas Website!
Please be mindful of how much water you are consuming in your home. Local car wash businesses typically use some sort of water reclamation/reuse process to reduce the amount of fresh water that they consume. Washing your car in your driveway uses an unnecessary amount of fresh water that ends up draining into the storm sewer.
Today the City of Saskatoon posted some information about a water main break in the neighbourhood. You can view information about it here. You can also monitor the situation by visiting https://www.saskatoon.ca/service-alerts
Remember that it is each Unit Owner's responsibility to inspect and maintain their respective Unit's Sump Pump. Information on the Sump Pumps can be found under Question 5 in the FAQ section of the website.
Please be mindful of what bin you are placing your garbage and recycling into. Recently, the bins have been moved to better accommodate Tuscany residents and to provide the opportunity to recycle. The two pairs of bins on the West and East side of the complex now have one brown garbage bin, and one blue recycle bin. The single brown bin at the South end of the complex is for garbage only. If you find one bin to be full, please do not place your garbage or recycling outside of the bin. There are other bins available for your use.
Did you know that smoke detectors have an expiry date? All smoke detectors in your home should be tested monthly and replaced at least every 10 years. Tuscany Villas was built in 2005 which means that if you haven't ever replaced your smoke detectors, now would be the time to do so!
